Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your order! We hope you are happy with it. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please, check it out below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

Returns must be sent back to us within 28 days of arrival. All returned items must be unworn/undamaged with all original tags and labels to be accepted. Please, note that the cost of delivery is upon the customer. We strongly recommend you to use a trackable shipping method for your returned items. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and checking the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to five days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange . We will notify you by email when to process your refund or exchange to process your refund or exchange.

If you want to be refunded before your mask arrives you will only receive 50 % due to each mask being made to order
