Workshop tour
Where the masks are made — molds, paint booth, benches and the shelves they wait on before shipping.
The process
Every design begins as an original sculpt, hand-shaped in our studio once per design, setting the mask’s character.
From that sculpt we make our own silicone molds. Nothing here starts with a bought-in blank, so the detail stays sharp.
Each mask is poured and cured individually, never pressed in batches. One mold, one mask at a time.
Seams are trimmed, edges sanded, and the surface prepared by hand. It is the slowest stage, the one you feel putting on the mask.
Layered airbrush and brushwork, applied by hand to each unit. Colours vary slightly, so no two masks are identical.
Straps and padding are fitted, every mask is checked on a head, and it ships securely from our U.S. facility to help prevent damage.
