From the stage to 150,000+ masks around the world
It started in 2016 with one mask made for the stage.
There was no plan to build a worldwide brand. I simply wanted to create something that would become part of my identity — something people would immediately recognize when I walked on stage.
Almost ten years later, more than 150,000 masks have been shipped around the world. And it all started with one.
I grew up loving characters like Spawn, Venom and everything dark, aggressive and larger than life.
When I started performing, I wanted something that could transform me the moment I put it on. Not something to hide behind — something that would become another part of me. That’s where the mask came from.
Over time, people started asking where they could get one themselves. What began as something I created for myself became something thousands of people wanted to wear.
Today, the mask has become part of the identity of Alex Terrible, Slaughter to Prevail, and the community that grew around us.
Every mask begins with an original sculpt. From that original design, molds are created and each mask is produced individually. The shell is cast, cured, trimmed, finished, assembled and painted.
The details matter. The construction, straps, interior, movable jaw and paint are all designed to make the mask feel like more than a piece of plastic.
And because the finishing and painting are done individually, no two masks are exactly identical. That has always been part of what makes them special.
Over the years, our masks have been copied countless times. You can copy a photograph. You can copy a shape. You can 3D-print something that looks similar. But that doesn’t make it the original.
The masks sold here come from the designs, molds, production process and evolution that started with the masks I began wearing on stage in 2016.

Some people wear them. Some collect them. Some put them on the wall. And some have been following this since the very beginning. That’s the craziest part for me.
This isn’t something a company invented in a meeting. It grew naturally from the music, the stage and the people who became part of it.
